Delivery methods

  When you choose to shop in our store, all of our products are delivered worldwide. Free shipping is provided on all orders.

  The goods are shipped by air within 5 kg, and the delivery is completed within 10 days.

  Commodities above 5kg are shipped by sea, and usually arrive within 20 days.

  Generally, the shipment will be processed the next day after placing the order (7*24)

  Upon receipt of the goods, if there is an error or damage to the product, please contact us in time.

  If you refuse the package, one of the following three things will happen.

  1. You pay taxes and receive the package (normal).

  2. You paid the tax and the courier threw the package away.

  3. You pay taxes and reinstallation fees, and the dispatcher sends the package back to our office.

  In other words, even if you refuse to accept the package due to customs reasons, you still have to hand it to the customs anyway.

  Warranty and return policy initial defects:

  We will only replace the pulley when the item has an initial defect. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item.

  If you have used tackles, we may not be able to guarantee free replacements.

  Restrictions on returns and exchanges

  If you want to return the goods, please notify us within seven days after receiving the packaging.

  We refuse to use one-time returns.

  We refuse to return goods with different conditions than when we shipped them (for example, all labels should be attached).

  You must pay all shipping costs required for the return.

  We will not refund shipping and handling fees.

  We will deduct the remittance fee from the refund.

  We will issue a refund after receiving the returned goods.

  When you pay in U.S. dollars or Euros, we will repay it at the Japanese yen exchange rate.

  The rate applicable to refunds is the international rate of the day.

  If the goods are “free shipping” products, we will refund the amount after deducting the actual shipping cost.

  Regarding the return of the scroll, please note the following statement.

  The scroll is a precision instrument. For this reason, each reel has a different personality. <

  All manufacturers that do business with us will check all products very strictly before shipment. Then they only ship goods that they admit that there is no problem with fishing.

  You can try to get them to investigate the quality of the scrolls.

  However, if they do not admit that the item is defective, they will not refund or replace it. In this case, you must pay all fees.

  There have been many examples of customers complaining that the reel is actually enough for fishing. Please tell us only if your reel has obvious defects and cannot be fished.
